SGS are Gas Safe Registered so we’re qualified to carry out Gas Safety Inspections
We’ll check all gas appliances, flues and pipework by doing a visual inspection to check for any maintenance that may be required and a tightness test to check for any leaks
You’ll receive a yearly reminder when your next Boiler Service and Gas Safety Inspection is due
We’ll issue a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12)

Electrical Safety Checks and Certificates EICR & PAT

SGS offer a fully comprehensive range of Electrical Testing Services

Our electrical Department has been established for over 20 years and all our electricians are NICEIC qualified and licensed to carry out your Electrical Inspection Condition Report (EICR) & PAT (Portable Appliance Testing)
SGS is an NICEIC approved contractor
Electrical tests are carried out on wiring and associated fixed electrical equipment to check for safety
We’ll check if any electrical circuits or equipment are overloaded
We’ll identify potential shock and fire hazards in electrical installations
Identify defective DIY electrical work
Highlight Lack of electrical earthing or bonding
We’ll issue an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
We can also carry out PAT testing (Portable Appliance Testing) (at an additional charge)
